Choose the latest product version (e.g., "5.3.1") from the list of available versions.
Under My Product Releases, choose Synopsys Installer.
To download the Synopsys Installer (Linux only)
This directory should be a temporary directory and not the target installation directory.
Follow the browser prompts to select a destination download directory.
At the top right, click Download File(s) to download the selected files.
(Linux users must choose the "common" file and the OS platform file.)
Click the checkbox at the far left of each file name you wish to download.
After reading the legal page, click "Agree and Sign In.".
Click Download Here to download SCL by HTTPS.
Choose 2021.03 from the list of available versions.
Under My Product Releases, choose Synopsys Common Licensing.
If required, enter your Synopsys SolvNet username and password.

Download your Synopsys key file from SmartKeys.
The FlexNet version for SCL 2021.03 is 11.16.4 (lmgrd, snpslmd, lmstat, etc.) Note that these results give the Synopsys version, not the FlexNet version.
Alternately, on Linux (only), you may determine your SCL version via the Linux strings command:.

To determine your SCL version, do the following:.
